Bishop Estates Swim Team (BEST is excited to welcome our team to the 2025 Bishop Bash Invitational on Monday, June 9 at Bishop Estates Cabana Club in Concord!

Below is everything our team needs to know to prepare for a smooth and fun evening on deck (note our FPST warm up is 4:00-4:20 pm).GO FLYERS!

1812 Jefferson Street, Concord, CA 94521

Street parking is available throughout the neighborhood.

Please do not block driveways or park in red zones.

We also have 3 VIP parking spots available through our online auction (details below).

Meet Highlights

• We’ll kick off the evening with a kickboard race for swimmers in your Learn-to-Swim program or those just getting their feet wet.
• Every swimmer will receive a lollipop after each race, regardless of placement.
• Ribbons will be awarded for 1st–6th place in every heat.
• We’ll have a free game and activity area for swimmers between races, with candy prizes and fun activities.

Meet Schedule & Warm-Ups

• 3:30 PM – Gates open
• 3:40–4:00 PM – Bishop Estates warm-up
• 4:00–4:20 PM – Forest Park warm-up
• 4:20–4:40 PM – Walnut Country warm-up
• 4:40–5:00 PM – Aquaknights warm-up
• 5:00–5:20 PM – Brentwood Dolphins warm-up
• 5:30 PM – Meet begins
• ~9:00 PM – Estimated end time

Coaches will have full access to all lanes during their warm-up slot.

Team areas will be clearly marked upon arrival with a team sign in each designated spot.

Timing & Race Management

We’ll have a combination of one adult and 9 & Up BEST swimmers timing in each lane.

If your swimmers need an official county time, please send two parent timers to assist during those races to ensure proper timing.

• Swimmer entries will be emailed before the meet to share with families.
• Each team is responsible for providing shepherds to escort swimmers to the Clerk of the Course.

Food & Snacks

• Kona Ice on-site – accepts cash, credit card, and Venmo
• Snack Shack opens at 4:30 PM – dinner, snacks, and drinks available (cash or Venmo accepted)
• You’re also welcome to bring your own food and beverages
